Homemade Cake
Description
Perfect with tea and coffee. I use pecans in this recipe, but they can be substituted with walnuts or a mix of different nuts. I prepare the cake with a glaze that not only decorates it but also helps keep the inside moist. This cake can be stored for several days, though it usually gets eaten down to the last crumb on the first day. Serve warm or chilled. Ideal with tea.
