yogurt for children at home
Description
The recipe won't take much time. To make yogurt, buy a bacterial starter culture. The label should indicate the required amount of milk. I always use 0.5 grams of starter per 1 liter of milk. This results in thick and delicious yogurt. It's better to replace sugar with honey, provided the child has no allergies. Older children can be offered jam or fruit syrups with their yogurt. Good luck! Serve chilled.

Step 1

Prepare the ingredients. Use either market or store-bought milk. Store-bought milk does not need to be boiled, but for very young children, it's better not to take risks. Cool the milk down to 40 degrees.

Thoroughly wash the yogurt jars and sterilize them using a convenient method. You can bake them in the oven. Let the jars cool down.
