yogurt at home
Description
The recipe won't take much time. To ensure the dish turns out delicious, keep the following nuances in mind. The higher the milk fat content, the thicker the yogurt will be, and vice versa. All utensils used for making yogurt must be clean and sanitized with boiling water. While the yogurt is fermenting, do not open the multicooker lid, move it, or disturb it. All these actions can disrupt the fermentation process. By following these rules, your banana yogurt is sure to turn out perfectly. Serve chilled.

Step 6

Take the multicooker bowl. Line the bottom with a cloth towel. Place the jars and cover them with lids. Pour water into the bowl until it reaches the "shoulders" of the jars with the future yogurt. Close the multicooker lid, set the "Heating" mode for 15 minutes, then turn it off. Let it stand for 1 hour. Turn on the "Heating" mode again for 15 minutes, then turn it off for another hour. Repeat this procedure. There should be a total of three heating cycles. After the third heating, leave the jars in the turned-off multicooker for 2-3 hours. Do not open the lid! After this time, without removing the lids from the jars, place the yogurt in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
