Homemade bread with tomatoes
Description
Essentially, this is a regular homemade bread, but instead of water, milk, or whey, it's made with tomato juice. While the tomato pulp will slightly disperse during dough kneading, the taste and aroma of tomatoes will definitely be present in the finished bread. If desired, you can add Provence herbs, fresh greens, olives, or sun-dried tomatoes to the dough. Give it a try! It can be served with tea or coffee.
