Homemade bread with rye bran
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can bake homemade bread in a bread machine, and if you don't have this wonderful appliance, use an oven or a multicooker instead. I bake this bread using a sourdough starter that has long been kept in my refrigerator. Don't serve the bread immediately—let it cool down first. It will turn out very aromatic. Serve it cooled or slightly warm.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1
Mix the flour, rye bran, sugar, salt, and coriander. Combine the dry ingredients with the starter, then add enough warm water to make the dough similar in consistency to thick sour cream.

Step 2
Pour sunflower oil into the dough, mix it with a spoon; it should stick to the spoon.

Step 3
Line the baking pan with parchment paper and grease it with vegetable oil. Place the dough in the pan and let it rest at room temperature for 8 hours.
- 4
Step 4
Place the pan in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 60-90 minutes.

Step 5
Serve the ready bread after cooling; it can be eaten with butter or served with soups and main dishes.
