
Homemade Garlic Mayonnaise

Universal dressing for salads and hot dishes. Store-bought mayonnaise from supermarkets is quite harmful, so I highly recommend trying to make homemade garlic mayonnaise. It's incredibly easy to prepare and tastes just as good as store-bought versions, without requiring any complicated ingredients. This mayonnaise works wonderfully as a salad dressing and pairs excellently with various hot dishes. It's perfect with pasta, meat, and vegetables.

Using a hand blender, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, and egg yolks. Very important—blend at the very bottom of the bowl.

When the mixture thickens slightly and becomes similar in consistency to real mayonnaise, add finely chopped garlic, season with salt and pepper, and whisk until smooth.
