Description
The recipe won't take much time. Homemade "Bounty" made according to this recipe is almost indistinguishable from the store-bought version. The result is very tasty, aromatic, with pleasant creamy notes. If you use a whole coconut and grate it yourself, you'll need slightly less cream than stated in the recipe, as fresh coconut is quite moist. Optionally, you can add sugar or powdered sugar to make the candies sweeter. Serve chilled.
