Homemade liver pastries
Description
Delicious pastries for the whole family. You can use any liver: chicken, turkey, pork, or beef. I recommend using poultry liver, as it has no veins and doesn't need to be soaked to remove unpleasant odor. Serve these pastries warm, optionally with sour cream or tomato sauce. The baked goods are ready. Serve at the table.
Instructions

Step 1
Wash the liver and cut it into small pieces. Peel and slice the onion into half-rings.

Step 2
Heat a skillet with vegetable oil and add the liver, fry until cooked, then add the onion and cook for another 3 minutes.

Step 3
Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes, boil until cooked, and mash into a puree.
- 4
Step 4
Grind the liver through a meat grinder or use a blender, then mix with potatoes, salt, and pepper.

Step 5
Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into rectangles (approximately 5x10 cm). Place some filling on each and roll them up.

Step 6
Brush the pastries with chicken yolk and place them in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
