Homemade glazed gingerbread cookies
Description
The baking process is simple and quick. The special feature of these gingerbread cookies is the glaze that forms a thin sweet film on their surface once hardened. Preparing the glaze is very easy: just mix powdered sugar and milk in the right proportion and spread it over the baked goods. To make healthier gingerbread, you can substitute white sugar with cane sugar, but be sure to use full-fat sour cream, as it makes the dough tasty, sufficiently elastic, and helps it hold its shape. You can shape the gingerbread not only with a glass, but also cut the dough into diamonds using a regular knife. The baking is ready. Serve at the table.
