
Homemade caramel candies
Description
The recipe won't take much time. To make homemade caramel candies, we'll need: boiled milk, real butter, and sugar. If desired, caramels can also be made with condensed milk, but they turn out very sweet. I use silicone candy molds—they're convenient to work with, and the candies are easy to remove afterward. Serve chilled.

Prepare the ingredients.

Place all the ingredients into a saucepan and pour in the melted milk. Mix and place over heat.

Cook the mixture for half an hour over medium heat.

The finished mixture has thickened and turned a darker, caramel color. Spread it into molds previously greased with vegetable oil. Place the candies in the refrigerator to set for half an hour or an hour.
