
Homemade sausages in casing using a meat grinder
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can make sausages from beef, pork, chicken, or a mixture of meats. You can also add herbs, vegetables, and spices to taste. In this recipe, I use pork (shoulder). The sausages can be fried, baked in the oven or on the grill, or boiled. Serve them hot or cold. Serve hot.

First, wash and cut the meat with fat into pieces, transfer them to a bowl and put in the freezer for 60 minutes.

Attach the meat grinder and mince the meat and fat alternately into ground meat.

Peel the garlic and finely chop it, then crush the fennel seeds in a mortar.

Place the minced meat, spices, and wine into the blender bowl, and blend for about 2 minutes.
