Homemade sausages without casings
Description
The recipe won't take much time. To make homemade sausages without casings, you'll need foil, in which we'll actually bake the sausages. I used mixed minced meat, but you can use just pork—it will be fattier, especially if you add pork fat, so keep that in mind. See the recipe below. Serve hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

The meat and fat should be cut into small pieces (the finer, the better).
- 2
Step 2

Finely chop the garlic, add it to the meat, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with spices.
- 3
Step 3

Next, pour in water and thoroughly mix the meat mixture. Shape the mixture into small sausages and place them onto sheets of foil greased with vegetable oil.
- 4
Step 4

Tightly wrap the sausages in foil (like a candy). Pierce each one with a needle. Place them in a baking bag.
- 5
Step 5

Bake in a preheated oven at 170-180 degrees Celsius for 35-45 minutes. Then remove the sausages from the bag, unfold the foil on top, and return them to the oven for another 10 minutes to brown. The sausages will become nicely browned and firm. Let them cool down.

Step 6

This is what they look like when sliced.

Step 7

Homemade sausages without casings are ready.
