Homemade cupcakes in molds
Description
Perfect with tea and coffee. This recipe yields a large batch of cupcakes, making it very economical. All ingredients are affordable and easy to find. A frosting recipe is included here, but you can use any other type you prefer. You can bake the cupcakes in metal molds, just be sure to grease them well; however, paper liners are recommended. They make it easy to remove the cupcakes from the pan, and they're convenient for taking on the go or serving instead of a cake. Serve warm or chilled. Ideal with tea.
