First of all, we need to prepare the stuffing. For this, mince the meat and onion through a meat grinder, add salt and pepper, pour in the broth, and knead the mixture thoroughly until it becomes smooth and airy.

Now let's prepare the dough. Sift the flour into a deep bowl, make a small indentation in it, and pour water into the indentation, then add salt.
