Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Thoroughly wash the apples.
- 2
Step 2

Peel the fruits if they have a tough skin. During cooking, the skin may remain hard, resulting in a non-uniform and coarse puree consistency. Cut the apples into small slices and place them in a saucepan with a thick or double bottom.

Step 3

Add water, bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat, covered, for 15–25 minutes, until the apples soften. Cooking time depends on the apple variety. Add sugar and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon.

Step 4

Blend the apples with an immersion blender until smooth.
- 5
Step 5

Add the condensed milk and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring with a wooden spatula. Adjust the amount of condensed milk to your taste.

Step 6

Pour the hot mixture into sterilized jars, seal with clean lids, and let cool. Store the apple puree in a cool place.
