Homemade wine (simple recipe)
Description
Look, it's ready to serve.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1
First, put the water in the refrigerator. We need it cold.
- 2
Step 2
As I mentioned above, the recipe is universal; you can use any berries or fruits except citrus. In my case, I chose cherries. Rinse the cherries under running water, remove the pits, and crush them slightly to release the juice.

Step 3
Add sugar and yeast to the cherries and pour cold water over it all.

Step 4
Next, take a large regular balloon and place it on the neck of the container. Secure the balloon with an office rubber band.

Step 5
Place the container in a cool, dark place. When the time comes, you'll notice the balloon starting to expand. As the sugar turns into alcohol, the released gases will inflate the balloon. When the balloon deflates, strain the wine — it will be ready to drink. This takes about 6 weeks.
