Instructions

Step 1

1. Take a 3-liter jar and wash it thoroughly. Put the jam inside. After that, add grapes (to taste). On average, about one kilogram of grapes is used. The grapes should be mashed beforehand until pulp forms.
- 2
Step 2

2. Pour warm water over the resulting mixture of jam and grapes. Now make a stopper for the jar. Take some cotton and tightly close the jar's neck.
- 3
Step 3

3. Leave the jar in a dark place for 10 days. When the berries rise to the top, strain the contents. It is best to strain through cheesecloth. Discard the leftover pulp.
- 4
Step 4

4. The remaining must should be poured back into the jar. Put a glove on the neck. After a day, the glove will start to inflate, which will indicate that the fermentation process has begun.
- 5
Step 5

5. After about forty days, the glove will droop – this indicates that the fermentation process has finished.
- 6
Step 6

6. Strain the wine in the usual way. The number of times you strain it depends on what kind of jam you used to make the drink.
- 7
Step 7

7. Pour the wine into bottles and store in a dark place. The longer it is stored, the tastier and richer its flavor will become.
