
Homemade wine
Description
When there's a desire, there are no obstacles. Wine requires time to prepare, so be patient and persistent. You can buy a special fermentation device, or use whatever is at hand. You can make wine from berries, fruits, jam, and more. Serve chilled.

Use frozen berries. In a saucepan, mix water with sugar and place over heat, bring the mixture to a boil.

Place the frozen berries into a large jar (about 11-12 liters) and pour boiling sugar syrup over them.

Stir the contents and cover the jar with a natural cloth or lid, leave for 24 hours.

After the required time has passed, remove the cloth (lid), add all the yeast, and thoroughly mash the berries with a spatula.

Leave the mixture for 7 days, stirring it thoroughly with a spatula once a day.

Pour the contents of the can into a bottle, use a fine sieve, and leave 4-5 centimeters of space at the top to allow the mixture to ferment.

Store the wine in a dark place for a month to allow it to mature.

Carefully pour the contents so that the yeast and fruit mixture remains at the bottom, using a thin tube to gradually transfer the wine.
