
Homemade condensed milk

1. Take full-fat milk, preferably homemade if possible, and also use heavy cream.

2. For cooking, we need a pot with a thick bottom and high sides. Pour milk and cream into it in equal proportions (if the milk is homemade, cream is not needed). Cook over low heat until the total volume is reduced by half. This will take about 1.5 hours.

3. Add granulated sugar and vanilla sugar, and cook for another half hour. If you want a thicker consistency, cook for longer.
