Homemade beer from hops
Description
This is the simplest homemade beer recipe from hops you can imagine. It's quite old, and they say that in the past every housewife knew how to make this beer drink using this recipe. But times have changed, and nowadays men often take charge of brewing, as true enthusiasts. In our family, my husband handles it, while I'm just an observer, but I'm very familiar with the preparation technique and now I'd like to share with you a classic homemade beer recipe from hops: 1) First, we need to rub the hops together with sugar and flour. 2) Then, pour 10 liters of boiling water over the mixture and let it steep for 2–3 hours. 3) Next, strain the still-warm liquid and transfer it into a barrel. Dissolve the yeast in it, add molasses at the end, and mix thoroughly. 4) Now the beer needs to ferment. This usually takes 2–3 days. 5) Once fermentation is complete, pour the beer into bottles and seal them tightly. Store the bottles in a cool place for 5–7 days. Your homemade hop beer is ready—feel free to host a little party at home! ;) Serve chilled.
