Description

Now I want to tell you how to make homemade beer from bread using a traditional recipe. For a long time, I myself hesitated to start what I thought at the time was a complicated process, but when I finally began, I realized it was much simpler than I had imagined. Therefore, I highly recommend you try this homemade bread beer recipe—you'll see that nothing compares to beer made with your own hands. 1) Cut the bread into small pieces and dry them. You can certainly do this in a microwave, but it's better if the bread dries naturally. 2) Place the dried bread cubes into a deep pot, add malt, salt, pepper, and sugar, then mix well. 3) Dissolve the yeast in a glass of warm water and pour it into the pot with the other ingredients. 4) Pour boiling water over the hops and add them to the pot as well. 5) Now add boiled water until the mixture reaches a sour cream-like consistency. Cover the pot with a cloth and leave it overnight in a warm place. 6) In the morning, add 9 liters of water and 200 grams of sugar to the pot, mix well, and let it sit for 2 days. 7) After two days, strain the liquid from the pot. To the remaining solids, add another 1.8 liters of freshly boiled water. Once cooled, strain this liquid into a ceramic container and combine it with the first strained liquid. Mix everything well, then bring to a boil in an enameled pot, skimming off the foam as it rises. After boiling, strain the liquid again. 8) Pour the resulting liquid into champagne bottles, seal them with previously scalded corks, secure the corks with wire, and seal with wax to ensure they stay tight. Store the bottles in a cool place for 15 days. Once the beer is ready, feel free to taste it and share it with friends. Good luck! ;) Ready to serve.
