All grains are fried in a dry skillet until brown.

Roasted rye, wheat, and barley should be ground in a grain mill.

Pour 10 liters of water into a large container, add the grains and chicory, and boil for 10–15 minutes.

Then add another 10 liters of water, hops, sugar, and lemon zest.

Simmer the entire mixture over low heat for 5-6 hours.
