Homemade cookies with the flavor of boiled milk
Description
The baking is simple and quick. To make this cookie, you'll need a meat grinder, but remember to remove the blade so you don't turn the dough into mince. You can use special cookie attachments to make shaping easier. Be sure to leave space between the dough pieces on the baking sheet, as they expand significantly during baking. I recommend decorating the finished cookies with powdered sugar or grated chocolate. Serve with tea or coffee.

3. Knead a stiff dough, gradually adding flour in portions. Assemble the meat grinder with the largest attachment. Divide the dough into 4 parts, roll each into a sausage shape, and feed through the meat grinder.

Step 4

4. Shape the dough into small cookies using a knife and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the cookies on the second rack of a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 12 minutes.
