Simple homemade cookies with cottage cheese
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. Serve the baked goods after they have cooled. You can decorate the cookies with powdered sugar or leave them plain. Use cottage cheese of any fat content, homemade or store-bought. The dough will be soft—do not overwork it with flour, so that the finished baked goods remain soft. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
