Homemade crumbly cookies
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. This cookie stays soft and can be stored for a long time. Cutting out cookies with cookie cutters will bring great joy to your children. Overall, I highly recommend making it at least once. Most likely, your family will keep asking for it again and again :) Serve warm or chilled. Ideal with tea.

Step 1

1. The butter should be very soft. Beat it with a mixer until light and fluffy.

Step 2

2. Add vanilla to the sunflower oil and pour it into the butter. Mix both oils together with a whisk, then beat.

Step 3

3. Add the powdered sugar to the butter and mix it in with a whisk.

Step 5

5. Add the flour in small portions, mixing it in with a spatula. When the dough becomes sticky, transfer it onto a floured surface. Begin kneading by hand, gradually incorporating a little more flour at a time. The dough should start to hold its shape but remain slightly crumbly.

Step 6

6. Roll the dough into a log, then cut it with a knife into equal pieces (future cookies). Alternatively, shape the dough into a 1.5 cm thick pancake, cut out cookies using a cutter, and place them on a baking sheet.
