
Homemade flourless oat cookies (low-calorie)
Description
Perfect for serving with tea and coffee. Choose oatmeal that needs to be cooked, not just soaked with boiling water. Use low-fat kefir. In addition to nuts, you can add any dried fruits: apricots, prunes, cherries. The baked goods are ready. Serve at the table.

1. Add kefir to the oatmeal and mix. Let it sit for half an hour so the flakes absorb the kefir and swell.

2. Pour boiling water over the raisins twice, rinse them, and turn them out into a sieve to dry. Do not soak the raisins.

3. Do not finely chop the walnuts; they should be noticeable in the cookie.

4. Peel the apples and grate them on a coarse grater. Drizzle with honey to prevent darkening, along with lemon and orange juice.

5. Mix raisins, nuts, and apples, add the soaked oats and a tablespoon of grated ginger, mix well with your hands.
