Homemade popsicle on a stick
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. This ice cream is very simple to make and requires basic ingredients. I added a slightly tangy note in the form of marmalade pieces to balance the sweetness of the creamy mixture. But if you don't like it, simply leave it out. When whipping the cream, be careful not to over-whip, otherwise it will separate and turn into butter. Instead of powdered sugar, you can add more condensed milk, and substitute dark chocolate with white or colored chocolate. The finished dessert is ready to serve.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making homemade stick ice cream.

Pour the cold cream into a deep bowl and whip at medium speed until fluffy.

Add condensed milk to the cream.

Add the powdered sugar and beat until smooth, but not for long, about one minute.

Cut the jelly into pieces. Distribute the creamy mixture into silicone molds in the shape of ice cream bars. Place the pieces of jelly in the middle as a strip and slightly press them down.

Insert wooden sticks into the ice cream bars and smooth the surface with a spatula. Place the ice cream molds in the freezer until completely frozen. This will take approximately 4 hours.

To coat the ice cream with chocolate glaze, place the chocolate and butter into a bowl. If the chocolate is in large pieces, chop it finely with a knife beforehand. Place the bowl over a water bath and stir until the chocolate and butter melt and become smooth and uniform.

Let the chocolate glaze cool to room temperature, but keep it fluid. Remove the ice cream pops from the molds and, holding them by the stick, completely dip the ice cream into the chocolate. Allow excess chocolate to drip off, then place the pops on a rack lined with plastic wrap. The chocolate freezes very quickly, so any decorations should be applied immediately. Once set, transfer the frozen pops to the freezer for storage.
