Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. To make rice dolma at home, follow these steps: 1. Prepare the filling. 2. Wrap the filling in grape leaves. 3. Prepare the vegetables for the side dish. 4. Prepare the sauce. 5. Cook everything together in one pot. Serve the finished dish immediately.

    Fry onion, garlic, and mushrooms in vegetable oil in a pan for 5 minutes.

    Add boiled water, rice, and turmeric to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook over low heat for 12 minutes. Drain the water.

    Prepare the sauce. Pour 0.5 liters of water into a saucepan, add adjika, tomato paste, the remaining rice, spices, salt, and sugar. Pour the sauce into the pot with dolma, cover with a lid, and simmer for 15 minutes after boiling.
