
Dolma made with marinated leaves
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. I want to share the recipe; the finished dish can be served at the table.

Grind the beef through a meat grinder.

Remove the pickled leaves from the jar and soak them in water for 30 minutes. Then change the water.

Rinse the rice under running water and boil it until half-cooked.

Chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil.

Mix the ground meat, fried onion, rice, and chopped herbs.
