
Salmon Jerky

1. Wash a piece of red fish and make sure there are no bones in it. Put it in the freezer for 20–25 minutes.

2. Slice the slightly frozen salmon with a sharp knife into very thin slices.

4. Combine the apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, lemon juice, and water. Add salt and spices and mix everything thoroughly.

5. Place the fish in a suitable container and pour the marinade over it. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.

6. Pat the fish dry on paper towels. Preheat the oven to 70 degrees, place the fish on a baking sheet lightly greased with oil. Dry for 2–3 hours until lightly browned. If using a food dehydrator, set the temperature and time according to the instructions.
