
Apple jam in a multicooker
Description
This recipe is perfect both for winter preserves and for immediate use. You can make this jam without gelatin, but it will be a bit runnier. However, if you plan to use it as a filling, or simply prefer a thicker jam, then follow this simple instruction and everything will turn out great! Good luck

1. Select firm and ripe apples. Wash them thoroughly under running water.

2. Peel them, cut into small pieces, removing the pits.

3. Now squeeze lemon juice over the apples placed in the multicooker and add sugar.

4. Add more ginger and cinnamon. Mix thoroughly. Set the "Baking" mode for 5 minutes to bring to a boil. Then, switch to "Stewing" mode for 1 hour.

5. While the multicooker is working, dissolve the gelatin in a small amount of cold water and let it swell for 40 minutes.

6. Afterward, gently heat the water with the softened gelatin until the gelatin is completely dissolved (but do not bring to a boil). Cool it down and mix it with the prepared contents of the multicooker. The apple jam is ready.
