Tomato Jam
Description
A universal dressing for salads and hot dishes. The tomato jam turns out spicy thanks to chili peppers. You can choose your preferred type of chili, such as jalapeño or even piri-piri. If you don't want your tomato jam to be spicy, simply replace the chili peppers with one bell pepper. Tomato jam goes perfectly with meat dishes and can also be used as a dressing for vegetable salads.
