
Nectarine Jam

Prepare all ingredients.

Wash the nectarines and sort through them. Use only whole fruit without bruises.

Halve the nectarines and remove the pits.

Then cut into medium-sized cubes and transfer to a deep bowl.

Sprinkle with sugar, mix, and let stand for 1–2 hours.
