Bean dip
Description
Perfectly complements meat, poultry, and side dishes. Bean dip is a very spicy and high-calorie dish—only a small amount is needed, and it should be served as a condiment or light snack. When I first tried the bean dip, my eyes widened, I opened my mouth, and tears welled up in my eyes. Then I had to drink lots of water and beer to extinguish the fire in my mouth. Adjust the dip to your taste by reducing or increasing the amount of hot pepper. You can substitute butter with olive oil or simply reduce the amount of oil. Good luck! Serve chilled or at room temperature.
