Dietary vegetable stew in a multicooker
Description
Our trusty helper—the multicooker—is ready to work again. Chop all the vegetables and prepare the remaining ingredients. Pour some vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and lightly sauté the onion, setting the frying mode. You can skip sautéing if you prefer—up to your taste. Then add all the other vegetables in the following order: zucchini, potatoes, cabbage, peppers, tomatoes, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper, and cook on the stewing mode for 1 hour. Serve garnished with fresh herbs.
