Dietary potato dish
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Nutritionists recommend eating boiled or baked potatoes to avoid weight gain. And if you add juicy vegetables to the potatoes, the result will be not only healthy but also very delicious! This potato recipe can be served on its own or as a side dish. We'll be stewing the potatoes in the oven, but you can similarly cook them in any thick-bottomed pan. Feel free to combine the vegetables to your taste. Keep this recipe in mind—the ready dish can now be served.
