Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. To make the pilaf diet-friendly, simply replace the pork with lean chicken fillet. By the way, you can even cook pilaf without chicken, using just vegetables. The finished dish can be served at the table.

    Place all the ingredients on the table. Peel the carrots and onion. Rinse the chicken fillet and pat dry with paper towels.

    Cut the fillet into small pieces.

    Finely chop the onion into small cubes. Cut the carrot into strips.

    Pour vegetable oil into the bottom of the multivapor bowl and add the chopped onion. Select the "Stewing" mode, set the time for 35 minutes.

    After 5 minutes, add the chicken breast pieces to the multicooker. Simmer together for 10 minutes.

    Then add the carrot sticks and place all the spices and salt.

    Rinse the rice in several changes of water until the liquid becomes clear.

    Place the rice in the multicooker over the vegetables and chicken fillet in a layer, then add enough water so that the liquid level is 1–1.5 cm above the rice. Do not mix anything under any circumstances. Set the cooking program to "Pilaf" or "Rice" and cook for 45 minutes. After 30 minutes, the water should have completely evaporated and the rice should be done. If the rice is still a bit firm, increase the cooking time by 10 minutes.

    In the already cooked rice, make a small indentation and place the garlic clove in it. Leave it like this for 15 minutes until the program finishes. Gently stir the contents of the multicooker. Let the ready diet pilaf rest for another 20 minutes in the "Keep Warm" mode before serving.
