Dietary pilaf with chicken
Description
The recipe won't take much time. For a diet version of pilaf, use chicken wings—this dish will be not only healthy but also very affordable. Cut the wings into pieces and sear them well in heated vegetable oil until golden brown. Add cumin, then onion and carrot, garlic cloves, spices, and continue sautéing together for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then add washed rice and water. Bring to a boil, cover with a lid, and cook for 20 minutes. Stir the prepared pilaf, portion it out, and serve immediately while hot.
