Description
The recipe won't take much time. Lightly simmer chicken fillet and mushrooms with a little water in a pan, then add yogurt or low-fat sour cream, a bit of Adyghe cheese, and your healthy dish will be ready. Serve the light chicken julienne as a main dish, or with fresh vegetables, herbs, or rice. Serve hot.
