Dietary turkey goulash
Description
For a diet goulash, you can use turkey fillet from any part. The amount of vegetables can be doubled if desired. Only a non-stick frying pan should be used for cooking. If you don't have one, lightly grease the bottom of the pan with vegetable oil. Later, the meat and vegetables will release juice, which should be sufficient for frying.
