Dietary pumpkin dessert
Description
This dessert probably won't replace a piece of pie, cake, or pastry, but it's much healthier and won't ruin your figure. The dessert is very easy to prepare using simple, accessible ingredients. I boil the pumpkin and then bake it in the oven. I serve the pumpkin pieces with a berry sauce (made from cherries). You can make any sauce to your taste, or simply drizzle the pumpkin with honey, jam, or preserves.
