Dietary dessert made of cottage cheese with gelatin
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You'll need one or two tablespoons of gelatin. Using one tablespoon results in a lighter dessert, similar to a soufflé. With two tablespoons, you'll get more of a cottage cheese jelly. I also like adding berries to the mixture—it turns out even more delicious. Serve chilled.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

Pour the milk into a saucepan and place it over low heat.
- 3
Step 3

Add gelatin (1-2 tbsp) to the milk while it is still cold and mix with a whisk.
- 4
Step 4

While the milk is heating, mix the cottage cheese with sugar substitute, add vanilla, and blend in a blender until creamy. Then add the juice of half a lemon and blend again.
- 5
Step 5

Don't forget to stir the milk; do not let it boil. Then add the milk to the cottage cheese mixture.
- 6
Step 6

You can make a two-colored dessert. Pour half of the mixture into a dessert cup and put it in the refrigerator to set. Add cocoa to the second half.
- 7
Step 7

This makes two small ramekins. Refrigerate until set. It's best to leave them overnight.
- 8
Step 8

You can eat the ready-made dietary cottage cheese dessert with gelatin directly from the parfait glass. Alternatively, you can pour boiling water over the glass, then the jelly will be easy to remove.

Step 9

Done.
