Diet dessert for weight loss
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. I've been on a diet for two months now and don't know what else delicious and healthy to cook. I decided to treat not only myself but also my husband. For myself, I made a dessert with strawberries and peaches, while for my husband I chose cranberries with sugar as a filling (I used frozen cranberries, which worked perfectly for the dessert). To make the dessert low-calorie, use 0% fat kefir and cottage cheese, as well as fruits or berries of your choice (try to pick less sweet ones). The ready dessert can now be served.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

1. I absolutely love low-calorie desserts, and here's one of them. Take low-fat cottage cheese and sift it thoroughly through a sieve.
- 2
Step 2

2. Add low-fat kefir. You can use full-fat cottage cheese and kefir (or even sour cream, which makes it even tastier), but only if you're not on a diet and prefer richer desserts.
- 3
Step 3

3. Add a little sweetener (you can skip it if you're using sweet fruits or berries) and start blending. I used an immersion blender.
- 4
Step 4

4. Beat the berries separately. I used cranberries, which I blended with sugar in a blender. This will be a dessert for my husband. For myself, I took strawberries and peach, without using sugar.

Step 5

5. Now the most interesting part: I'll make dessert in one glass for my husband, and in another glass for myself. So, add some whipped cottage cheese (about 2/3 of a glass).
- 6
Step 6

6. For my husband, I added finely chopped cranberries mixed with sugar in the center, and then topped it with more cottage cheese. For myself, I sliced strawberries and peaches.
- 7
Step 7

7. Immediately added strawberries, then cottage cheese.
- 8
Step 8

8. Then peach and again cottage cheese.

Step 9

9. This is the delicious result I got. This dietary dessert for weight loss turns out to be absolutely wonderful!
