
Diet Cottage Cheese Crackers with Bran
Description

Lay out all the ingredients on the table at once for convenience.

If you have granulated bran like I do, grind it in a blender.

Add cottage cheese and salt to the ground bran, then beat in an egg and pour in the milk.

Mix all the ingredients with a fork until smooth; the mixture should be thick enough that it sticks to your hands.

On baking parchment (silicone-coated), spread the prepared mixture with a spoon and damp hands into a sheet about 0.4–0.5 cm thick, and score it with a knife so that after baking you can easily divide it into crispbread pieces. Bake the crispbread in an oven already preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
