Dietary chicken meatballs

60 min4 serv.19 февр. 2026 г.

Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. These dietary chicken meatballs can be cooked at home in the oven, on the stovetop, or even in a multicooker. There's no need to pre-fry them, and for a more diet-friendly version, it's better to add raw onion and carrot directly into the meat mixture. The tomato sauce gives the dish a special touch. The finished dish is ready to serve.

    5. Pour the sauce into a baking dish, place the chicken diet meatballs into the preheated oven at 180 degrees. If you decide to cook the meatballs on the stovetop, place them in a non-stick saucepan and pour a small amount of sauce over them. Simmer for about 25 minutes over low heat. If you choose to bake the meatballs with the sauce, leave them in the oven for 20 minutes. During this time, the sauce will be absorbed, making the meatballs very juicy.
