    Prepare the ingredients you need to make syrniki. Use dry cottage cheese with no extra whey, and the syrniki will keep their shape.

    In a suitable dish, place the cottage cheese and add a sugar substitute to taste. I use stevia and added 1/2 tsp.

    Beat the chicken eggs and mix them with cottage cheese.
