Dietary pancakes
Description
Homemade pastries for tea. Pancakes are made from flour, eggs, butter, baking powder, and milk. Mix all the ingredients until you get a smooth batter without lumps. Then pour the batter with a ladle onto a preheated pan and cook the pancakes. Traditionally, they are served with maple syrup or honey. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

In a bowl, melt the butter or margarine. I use a microwave. Then cool it down.
- 2
Step 2

Beat 2 eggs, add 300 ml of milk, 2 tsp baking powder, and sugar.
- 3
Step 3

Sift the flour and knead the dough. It should have the consistency of sour cream.

Step 4

Pancakes must be fried on a well-heated pan, and the pan should have a non-stick coating. For extra assurance, add 2-3 drops of vegetable oil to the pan and spread it with a paper towel. We basically grease the pan as a precaution, but there should be no pooling oil—the excess will be absorbed by the paper towel. Now we'll cook pancakes on a dry pan. Pour in a portion of batter and fry on both sides. Do not pour too much batter at once for one pancake. They will be fluffy enough as it is.

Step 5

I got 12 pancakes from the specified amount of ingredients.

Step 6

Serve with maple syrup poured over. Very tasty with tea.
