Dietary oat cookies
Description
The baking is simple and quick. You'll need a minimal set of ingredients to make this diet-friendly cookie. Take a ripe soft banana, oat flakes, and dried fruits. I'm using raisins, apricots, and prunes in roughly equal proportions. Thanks to the banana and dried fruits, the cookies will be slightly sweet, aromatic, and very tasty. Serve with tea or coffee.
