Diet Mantu
Description
Some people follow a diet to lose weight, while others have different reasons for doing so. But in any case, this doesn't mean you need to give up dishes like manty or dumplings. Diet and healthy eating (PP) are different things. Please don't confuse them, because I'm sharing exactly the first option. The result is tasty, not harmful, and actually beneficial for any diet! If desired, you can replace regular flour with whole grain flour.
