Chicken diet cutlets
Description
Chicken cutlets will be loved by everyone without exception—they are tender, soft, and go well with any side dish.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Cut the chicken fillet into pieces. Place in a blender and blend into a minced mixture.
- 2
Step 2

Remove the minced meat from the blender and transfer it to a bowl.
- 3
Step 3

Peel the onion. Place it in a blender and finely chop. I intentionally do not blend the onion together with the meat, because otherwise the meat turns into mush while the onion remains in large chunks. Add salt and spices to the meat mixture.

Step 4

Soak the bread in kefir. Place everything in a blender and blend. Add the resulting mixture to the minced meat and knead well. Do not use fresh bread rolls in the minced meat. It's better to use stale or yesterday's bread. Fresh bread can make the meatballs taste bitter.

Step 5

Take a portion of the meat mixture for one patty with a tablespoon. Transfer it to a bowl with flour and coat it.
- 6
Step 6

Sear the formed patties on both sides. After flipping to the other side, let the patty brown, then pour 1 tablespoon of water into the pan and cover with a lid. The patty will steam immediately.

Step 7

Fry all the cutlets until cooked through. Then place them on a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and let the cutlets stay in the oven for 10 minutes. They will become tastier.

Step 8

Serve at the table.
